You go online or pick up a national publication and once again the Greenville, South Carolina area is featured winning accolades from all over the country for our quality of life. From our reasonable cost of living to all the outstanding employment opportunities, numerous shopping, dining and entertainment venues and a plethora of outdoor activities, relocating to the Upstate consistently makes top ten lists for everyone from young families to retirees.
Whether you are a life-long resident of the Upstate or recently escaped the snowy Northeast, we here at GroupHab want to ensure you enjoy life to the fullest. All our programs are designed by Patrice Hazan, PT, DPT, GCS, MA. Along with a doctorate in physical therapy and a master’s in gerontology, Hazan is also a Board Certified Geriatric Clinical Specialist, as well as a member in good standing of the Academy of Geriatrics with the American Physical Therapy Association.
The latest physical therapy concepts, theories and principles are combined into a wide range of fun and energetic group exercise classes. Hazan has determined offering physical therapy in a group setting creates a balance between rehabilitation and wellness. Her medical expertise and physical therapy concepts combined with a passion for ensuring seniors remain physically active, no matter what their health concerns, has been the catalyst behind the creation of GroupHab.
Located at 845 NE Main Street near downtown Simpsonville, GroupHab offers classes Monday through Friday beginning at 8AM.
